As all our products are digital products that are made available for download immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. By completing your purchase and initiating the download, you expressly agree that you waive your right of withdrawal.

Returns and refunds are therefore not accepted.
