2. What we sell
Xeloxwear sells digital products only. Every item in this shop is digital content delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped, and no physical goods are part of any order.
Each product page states what the product contains, in which format it is provided, and how it is delivered.
3. Delivery
Delivery is electronic and takes place immediately after payment is received, by email or through a download link.
Because the content is made available at once, performance of the contract begins as soon as the order is placed.
4. Right of withdrawal and when it expires
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days under § 355 BGB and § 312g BGB.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right expires early under § 356 (5) BGB, the German implementation of Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. It expires once all of the following apply:
- you expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period has ended,
- you confirmed that you are aware you lose your right of withdrawal by giving that consent, and
- we provided you with confirmation of that consent on a durable medium.
You give this consent when placing your order. The confirmation reaches you with your order confirmation email.
In practice: once the digital content has been made available to you, the order can no longer be withdrawn.
5. Refunds
Because the right of withdrawal expires on delivery as described above, orders are not refundable once the content has been made available.
This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with the product. Digital products are covered by §§ 327 ff. BGB. If a link does not work, a file is corrupted, or the content does not match its description, write to xeloxwear@gmail.com and we will fix it .
6. Licence and permitted use
You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the purchased content for your own private purposes.
You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute the content, in whole or in part. All other rights remain with us.
7. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices. Payment is due immediately on conclusion of the contract. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.
In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of material contractual obligations, and only for the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded.
9. Withdrawal instructions
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise it, inform us by a clear statement — an email to xeloxwear@gmail.com is sufficient — of your decision to withdraw. Sending the statement before the period expires is enough to meet the deadline.
Effects. If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.
Early expiry. Your right of withdrawal expires under the conditions set out in section 4.

10. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice applies only insofar as it does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer provisions of their country of residence.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
